Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Gausip Studio. We strive to provide you high quality products that exceed your expectations. But fits are fits, and we get it. So, our return and exchange policies are listed below:

1. Exchange:
We offer a hassle-free 5 days exchange policy from the date of delivery, with an additional 5-7 days allowed for the returned products to reach us. Pick-up attempts will be made twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will need to send the items back to our company address. Reverse Pick Up availability is based on the service in your area pin code.
Please ensure that the products are returned in the same condition as they were shipped and labels must be intact. If you receive a defected product, please share the compulsory opening video and image proofs to us at +91 8882558862, so that we can assist you better. This should be done within 24 hours of delivery.

Please NOTE – Items that are under the (limited collection category) cannot be exchanged to due limited availability. However, if the piece is damaged, we will initiate the refund after checking the video proof.

Important:  We will NOT be able to get it reverse shipped once the item has already been exchanged. Sorry about this but sometimes we need to work according to the rules set up by our shipping and payment partners. 

2. Return/Refund: 
We regret to inform you that we do not offer returns or refunds for a change of mind or if the product is no longer needed. We encourage our customers to carefully consider their purchase before placing an order.
